double bedroom in Cambridge

2 students at Anglia Ruskin, living in a great cosy house outside of the city center but not too far :D, are looking for a third person from the 1st of June.
The furniture is brand new in this bedroom and the house is situated in a very quiet area.

We are both 25 and working part time, so the atmosphere is quite relaxed and we are looking for someone easy going and independent who enjoys life! ^^

There is a wireless connection and the charges are not included in the rent but they are around 40£ / month
